The Standard - Dust Bowl Tan

Regular price £110.00 GBP
  • The Standard by Bison Boa CUSTOM is a 2.5” pro guitar strap that is fully sourced and crafted completely in the UK from the finest available materials in order to create a mojo-heavy strap that feels great and looks better as time passes.
  • Your strap is made entirely from rugged Cornish cowhides pit tanned by Thomas Ware & Sons (est. 1840) in Bristol, England. This ultra-premium British heritage, full-grain, leather is still voluntarily tanned the old way for no less than ‘a year and a day’ under a quality law that was abolished in 1850.
  • The Standard comes in a range of proprietary colours which you won’t find elsewhere. Raw natural hides are micro-finished in the workshop with our own dyes and custom Formula 9 wax to create patina rich aesthetics that show through variable colour tones, unique grain, scars and imperfections. Go for a unique dyed colour finish or add your story to the Natural Oiler, primed to patina and darken with your use.
  • The character of the top surface is matched with our own hand-napped peachskin lining finish, making the strap a no-fuss blend of rugged luxury.
  • The toughest quality control around, bar-none. We truly care that you enjoy your strap as much as we do making them, so attention to detail and quality is everything. Each strap is individually checked and comes with a hand signed quality control card to certify that the strap meets our incredibly stringent quality and finish standards.
  • Bison Boa CUSTOM products are always gift presentable and The Standard is no different. Coiled in a graphic printed, raw cotton, drawstring bag to protect and look great on arrival.
  • Super comfortable, strong and durable, the 2.5" (approx. 64mm) wide strap has an adjustable length of 44" to 58" (approx. 112cm - 147cm). This extended range strap will be the perfect fit for small through to large players. Break this strap in and condition sparingly to experience the highest quality over a lifetime of use *The natural hand-brushed lining will shed fibres initially, but this will subside over time.
